It just seems like giving people what they want is a bit of a stretch lately. Especially when it doesn't serve the interest of the giant names on the web. It's either they got a better idea or a worse one made for the sake of profit. These days public sites like FB and YT are managed by bots. Which are the filters that decide whether or not content is valid enough to remain on the system.
Because over all, with everything people have been saying lately. YT is starting to look more and more like an open forum with glitches. Issues that can't conveniently be disputed or resolved like we could in the real world. Making the dream of becoming a star on that platform more faint then ever. The proof lies with new members running into these road blocks and even petitions supporting that musicians be paid more for their content on that site.
The question now is how long will it be before people just move on to the next best thing? Cause it's usually that kind of thing that make those big names take notice.
