The modern day life comes with every day responsibilities and requirements that allow us to get through that time with just and purpose. But sometimes there is no grey area when it comes to family. What you are suppose to do in this life can strain these roads. One thing can overlap the other if not monitored and with out proper balance things end up shrouded by risk. In a perfect world we could have both but when one out weighs the other it usually leads back to the same mistakes. The obligation to fill the gaps in hopes of maintaining a perfect existence.
But lets be real, whether we like it or not this is hardly ever the case. Inevitably we end up choosing one over thee other at some point. That point in time where you feel like you are sacrificing one purpose for thee other just to fulfill the love you have for both.
- Why does it have to be a choice we ask ourselves and why does life have to be so complicated?
- Why are we obligated to one another when we just want to do what we love?
This is the point where we wish life wasn't so complex and difficult to understand. Sadly submitting to our nature to over analyze things will hardly lead to direct answers. The truth is we have no control over reality no matter how much we fool ourselves into believing we do. Because fate is no different then a beautiful sunny day suddenly being clouded by a field of traveling locust. It will catch up to all of us and decide where we go and where we will end up. And with out mind and consciousness the heart will only drown itself in desire.
This is the way it was meant to be, this challenge is what we were cursed with, this is what it means to be...human.
